Breathing- things you should think about when you breathe

Breathing-you should think about when you breathe
You must breathe through the nose. The nose has a cleaning function and releases the oxygen for the bacteria, dust particles, etc. But you have to breathe out through the mouth.
Expiratory phase must always be approximately twice as long as the breathing phase. It is important that you can get the used air completely out of the lungs. Many people often feel tired and exhausted, because they don't get breathed the air completely out. They certainly have the feeling that there is no more, but the body is still in the process of part with the used air. After this breathing pause requires the body completely automatic new air, and you are forced to breathe.
Avoid the mistakes that you try to force yourself to breath in and out as much as possible. If you breathe too intensively, it has the opposite effect: You, you become dizzy, muscles range and it can start to tingle and sting in the hands and feet.
Important! The breath comes of itself-so allow it to come up by themselves. That is the only way you can relax and do something good for yourself.
If not otherwise specified, you can perform the exercises in confined spaces. But make sure that there is enough fresh air in the room next to vent out about 10 minutes before you go in time (spent air contains no energy).
For all breathing exercises is that you first need to take a good breath (with the diaphragm). However, there is an exception by headaches. Breathe deep down into the stomach.
